Permanent makeup Price List 2013
First of all, price should not be the most important thing on your mind. That your technician is artistic, educated, certified, experienced, and operating in a clean licensed facility should be the most important things to someone looking for a Permanent makeup artist.  So, what decides the price?  All those things above, and the market in your area.  It may cost $500 to $900 for eyeliner in New York (or Beverly Hills), but $300/ $400 in Mississippi (in a licensed facility) depending on talent & experience.
There will always be a difference in quality and price in any artistic procedure. This is not a medical procedure.  You are not buying a dress or a hamburger.  All permanent makeup technicians are not artists, and are not created equal.  If your technician pulls out stencils to do your eyebrows...just get up and walk out.
EYELINER: Please have a driver, your eyes may be blurry from the numbing product. Eyeliner can be a fine line (like liquid eyeliner) or smudge (like you would use an eyeliner pencil to line your eyes and then use the sponge end of the pencil to soften the edges).  Soft eyeliner is worn by most actresses, models and women with money and education at his time. It is about beauty instead of style. You can always kick it up a notch on Friday night. Eyeliner top and bottom is $400 (heavy liner is an additional $100 or extra heavy $200).
EYEBROWS: Eyebrows can be the look of eyebrow pencil, hairstrokes, or both.  Most people choose hairstrokes for a natural look.  Brows should be measured and colored to suit your face, hair color and skin tones. Either style is $400
LIP COLOR:  Full lips done in one color are $600.  Full lips done with two colors (darker liner) are $700.  I prefer not to apply just lip liner ($500).  When you apply lip liner and then gloss...you blend the liner and soften it.  But a tattoo liner looks harsh and doesn't blend/soften when gloss is applied. Think about that before getting lip liner without a lip fill.
EYE SHADOW:  Eye shadow can be done in a subtle way to cover just the lid or all the way to the brow.  Only a few people in the country do this, and I probably taught them or the person that taught them.  Eye shadow is priced by zones: lid only is $400 (for one zone), plus crease is $600 (two zones), plus to the brow is $800 (three zones).  This pricing is when all zones are done at one time.  If you come back and want to add a zone it will be a full one zone price ($400).  There is a great deal of swelling with eye shadow, it's but worth it, to wakeup with makeup every morning.
I am open by appointment only (made in advance).  Evening and weekend appointments are available.  I have no receptionist.  Please leave me a message so I can call you back.  All prices are subject to change.  Prices include topical anesthetics and touch ups for six months (if touch ups are done every 6 to 8 weeks).  All procedures require more than 1 visit (in 6 weeks, 10 weeks max.).  Color boost of my work (in 1 or 2 years) is 1/2 my current rates, color boost/touch up of someone else's (or mine after 2 years or totally faded) work is full price. Color boost means the work has faded or is off color and needs to have color restored.  This is usually one visit; that's why it is half price.  A change of heart (or hair color) is different than a color boost.  Changing the color of the lips will take 2 or three visits and is not going to be half price. This is not a sale; but that a color boost usually only needs one visit so I charge less.  Sun, alcohol, medications and facial treatments change or remove your tattoo; so think about a color boost every year or two.  Difficult color and/or shape corrections (or if you bleed because of medications) requiring several/extra visits may require an additional charge (minimum $50 set up fee to cover my expense for numbing, pigments and needles).
SCAR AND WRINKLE REDUCTION:  Scars and wrinkles can be minimized by tattoo technique (multitrepannic collagen actuation).  This is $400 an hour (minimum 1 hour with a $50 setup fee = $450 total).  A complete face can usually be done in one hour.  A return visit is sometimes needed for deep smoker's wrinkles or some scars.  That visit is also $400 an hour (plus setup fee).  But there is a 1/2 hour minimum.

LINER/SHADOW:  I recommend liner/shadow for mature women that don't need another line on their face. Meaning: they have wrinkles, have earned them, are not removing them and are still beautiful inside and out.  A soft shadow covering the lid and around the eye is the perfect back drop for lashes and just the accent they need to show off their personality.  Many makeup photos in upscale magazines have a liner/shadow instead of a liner on their models.  It has a beautiful softening effect that reduces the appearance of wrinkles.  Shadow/liner is $400.
TOUCH UP:  All permanent makeup procedures need a six week touch up.  Some color (up to 50%) is lost in the healing process.  I implant a color that you and I agree upon; but your body may alter that color and we can tweak that color at 6 weeks; 5 weeks if you are young and healthy but maybe 8 if you are very mature and heal slower.  If you do not come back by 10 weeks you lose your free status and pay $50 set up fee. After 6 months it is a color boost.
COLOR BOOST: If you want that perfect soft makeup look that matches your hair and skin tones; you may want to get a touch up every year or two.  Color boost of my work is 50% off of my current rates.  Color boost of someone else's work is full price.  There are reasons.  When I correct/update someone else's work; it is usually a color and a shape correction and is often harder than doing work on bare skin.
EXTRA CHARGES:  If there is excessive bleeding (because of medications or health condition) or difficult implantation (because of skin condition) that requires a third visit; there will be a $50 setup fee (my expense for the procedure).  If there is a third visit required because the client rejected my color recommendation and she now sees that she was wrong there will be a $50 set up fee to correct the color.
